1. Purpose
Le Réseau Réno is a technology platform for comparing projects and connecting clients with contractors. Alex provides an indicative estimate of renovation projects in Quebec from historical quotes. We are not a building contractor, a construction broker, or a party to contracts between clients and contractors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 (consent of a parent or guardian if under 14). By using the service, you state that the information you provide is accurate.
3. AI estimate
The ranges shown are generated by artificial intelligence and statistical comparables. They are not an offer, a formal bid, or a price guarantee. You can request a human review via Your rights.
4. Connecting with contractors
If you choose to send your contact details to contractors, you do so on your own responsibility. The work contract is made directly between you and the contractor.
5. Contractors
Contractors remain responsible for their RBQ licences, insurance and quotes. Le Réseau Réno does not guarantee the quality of the work performed.
6. Acceptable use
Prohibited: fraudulent use, abusive automated collection, illegal content, and attacks on the security of the service.
7. Intellectual property
The site, Alex, the trademarks and the content are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent Quebec law allows, our liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages arising from a proven fault.
9. Governing law
The laws of Quebec. The courts of the judicial district of Montreal, subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
10. Cookies and advertising
The site uses essential cookies (theme preference). On the contractor signup pages (/inscription) and the contractor portal (/entrepreneur), and only with your consent (cookie banner), we use Meta measurement and advertising tools (pixel and Conversions API).
